  • Resume
  • NC Office of State Fire Marshal Transcripts: Detailed Training Transcript, Summary Transcript, and Classes Remaining Transcript
  • These can be found and printed off the NCOSFM Website http://www.ncosfm.gov/osfm-24 • Copies of your ICS (NIMS) Certifications: 100.c,200.c,700.b,800.d, and others if you have them. If applicants are unable to submit these electronically, they must provide copies in person at their agility test appointment.
  • Copies of all your Fire or Emergency Service Related Certifications (All Certifications)
  • Copy of your EMT Certification
  • Copy of your Driver’s License

**All documentation listed above must either be uploaded or provided before an applicant is allowed to participate in an agility test session.
